For decades, we have been adding to our earths orbit highways. We have become exceptionally well trained at getting satellites and other payloads into orbit. As far as getting them down, well, mother nature has been taking the lead in most cases. We now have the ability to retrive complete saellite systems for reuse and re-purposing.
