May 14, 2026 - SINGULARORBIT Announces Focused BETA for BAEMIS Micrometeorite Impact Software
SINGULARORBIT announced plans to open a focused BETA of its Ballistic Aerodynamics Engineering Micrometeorite Impact Software (BAEMIS) to registered users beginning December 4, 2026. Developed specifically for micrometeorite impact analysis, BAEMIS is designed to provide aerospace engineers with a purpose-built alternative to generalized physics, finite element analysis (FEA), and legacy tools commonly used to evaluate micrometeorite and space debris risks.
The focused BETA will give registered users an opportunity to work with BAEMIS in real-world engineering applications while providing feedback to help inform continued development of the software. BAEMIS is part of SINGULARORBIT's Advanced Concepts division, which develops specialized engineering software for government and commercial space applications. People interested in registering for the BETA should email contact@singularorbit.space for more
information.
